You’ll be heading into uncertain and (imagined) unsafe territory, and your mind will jack-up your stress response for all the (imagined) threats that lay ahead 🚨
This is a good thing and part of the process - priming you for action and learning something new. 🧠
So, when those butterflies hit and that inner voice is telling you to quit, ACKNOWLEDGE, WELCOME, and UTILISE that nervous energy to get it done.
